Temco Logistics is seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

In this role you will manage orders, provide delivery status updates, respond to emails and phone calls, and collaborate with colleagues to maintain smooth operations and exceptional service. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented and organized, with MS Office experience; ERP knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for customer interactions.
• Experience in customer service or office tasks preferred.
• Familiarity with MS Office and ERP software is a plus.
• Knowledge of delivery/installation services is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with accurate information on orders and deliveries.
• Answer phone calls and emails promptly with professional responses.
• Follow up to ensure satisfaction with delivery and installation services.
• Resolve issues and escalate to supervisors when needed.
• Track delivery schedules and provide real-time updates.
• Maintain knowledge of products and services to support inquiries.
• Monitor office supply inventory and place orders as required.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and proposals as assigned.
• Collaborate with colleagues and departments to ensure smooth operations.
