Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong Excel, Outlook and WMS skills; familiarity with 3PL Central is a plus.
• Excellent follow up, attention to detail and ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process outbound orders by EDI, phone, email or in-house WMS.
• Prepare routing information, schedule carriers, and shipping documents.
• Follow up to ensure delivery by required dates; initiate tracers with carriers.
• Adjust or cancel orders and process inbound returns as requested.
• Access customer's online shipping programs and update account records; send reports.
