Job summary

DSV – Global Transport and Logistics in Mesa, AZ is seeking a Customer Service, Expeditor to support the Customer Service department in ensuring on-time deliveries. You will communicate with clients, manage RFQs, and coordinate with operations to keep the supply chain running smoothly.

The role requires a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent and at least 3 years of client-facing experience in logistics, with strong Excel and ERP skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college in a related discipline; or equivalent combination of education and industry work experience.
• 3 years of experience in a direct or cross functional capacity with client facing responsibilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Acts as the primary contact with the client and coordinates client requests and status updates.
• Manages RFQ process and tracks responses to ensure timely quotations.
• Processes client purchase orders, verifies quotations, creates sales orders, and tracks due dates.
• Identifies discrepancies between PO and CQ; escalates issues to maintain supply chain integrity.
• Supports KPI reporting and data analysis using ERP and Excel exports.
