Job summary

Morrison Express is seeking an experienced Air Export specialist in Grand Prairie, TX. You will prepare export documentation, align carrier schedules with customer delivery, and manage accurate invoicing and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include communicating with clients and carriers, coordinating with sales and warehouse teams, and maintaining current tariff records. A detail-oriented, self-motivated professional will thrive in this role.

Qualifications

• Some college or AA degree from an accredited college.
• Experience with Air Export processes and procedures is preferred.
• Knowledge of carrier contracts and tariffs and government regulations.

Responsibilities

• Document exports by preparing bills of lading and export declarations.
• Merge carriers’ flight schedules with customers’ delivery activities.
• Generate freight transfer documents and support with proper paperwork.
• Originate documentation with SLIs or LCs and ensure accuracy of shipper marks.
• Communicate status with customers and carriers and respond to needs.
• Coordinate with field sales and warehouse staff to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain up-to-date records on tariffs and rates and verify invoices.
• Support continuous improvements and adhere to regulatory requirements.
• Keep current with Hazardous Material licensing where applicable.
