Job summary

The CSR at DSV – Global Transport and Logistics is responsible for delivering exceptional service by accurately entering shipping and receiving data and processing orders to support site operations. The role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and effective communication with customers and internal teams.

As part of the DSV team, you will help maintain performance, safety, and quality while complying with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1 year experience in customer service is preferred.
• Ability to work in unregulated warehouse temperatures across seasons.

Responsibilities

• Process and input all customer orders.
• Run stock reports to check product availability and print shipments from WMS.
• Generate required paperwork for customer work orders and verify special requests.
• Expedite orders as needed and notify customers of status.
• Coordinate with other departments to maintain service standards and invoicing accuracy.
• Handle returned merchandise and ensure proper credits.
• Maintain accurate receiving/shipping documents and data for orders.
• Enter and verify data for orders, shipments, receipts and inventories.
• Answer phones, greet visitors, and assist with general inquiries.
