Responsibilities

• Answer emails to resolve customer inquiries.
• Answer phone calls to support inquiries.
• Support operations with paperwork, order preparations, and shipping support.
• Organize projects requested by customers and operations.
• Assist customers and operations with transportation scheduling.
• Identify and resolve potential issues before they escalate.
• Ensure actions are taken to resolve customer problems.
• Maintain customer accounts and records of interactions.
• Forward complex issues to CSR Lead when needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
