You will work under the Customer Service Manager to meet load bookings and customer expectations in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate shows organization, reliability, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with strong communication and data-entry skills.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• 1+ years of domestic freight brokerage experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and TMS software.

Responsibilities

• Enter and maintain load data in the TMS accurately.
• Respond to customer inquiries and coordinate pickup/delivery.
• Maintain relationships with carriers and customers as needed.
• Support team with timely responses and problem resolution.
• Update information in customer portals and internal systems.
