Qualifications

• 1+ years’ experience with domestic freight brokerage.
• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and a transportation management system.

Responsibilities

• Enter load data accurately into the TMS.
• Respond to customer inquiries and coordinate pickups/deliveries.
• Maintain relationships with carriers and customers.
• Assist CSR manager with paperwork and related tasks.
• Ensure data accuracy for the Operations team.
