Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, including phone and email manners.
• Accurate typing and data entry with ability to generate routine reports.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based applications.
• Ability to use Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) effectively.
• High school diploma or GED; prior experience in customer service, warehousing, shipping, or receiving is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to customer accounts by promptly addressing needs and requests.
• Coordinate logistical processing of orders with vendors, warehouse, and shipping teams.
• Prepare shipping documents such as labels, compliance labels, and Bills of Lading (BOLs).
• Maintain accurate customer records by updating account information regularly.
• Resolve product or service issues by identifying causes and ensuring resolution.
