Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information on orders, delivery status, and product details.
• Answer calls and emails promptly and resolve customer questions and requests.
• Follow up to ensure satisfaction with delivery and installation services.
• Resolve issues and escalate unresolved matters to a supervisor when needed.
• Track delivery schedules and provide real-time updates to customers.
• Maintain knowledge of Temco Logistics’ products and services to assist inquiries.
• Monitor office supply inventory and place orders as needed.
• Prepare and submit reports, presentations, and proposals as assigned.
• Collaborate with teams to maintain seamless operations and service.
