Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage the movement of goods from suppliers to customers.
Communicate with customers, suppliers and internal departments to ensure on-time delivery.
Prepare shipping documents including bills of lading and customs paperwork.
Track shipments and manage inventory levels.
Resolve shipping issues such as delays, damages, or losses.
Maintain accurate shipping records.
Monitor transportation costs and seek to minimize expenses.
Stay updated on industry trends and developments.
