Description
The Logistics Customer Service Representative responds to customer inquiries or complaints regarding the organization’s products or services. Determines the best method to resolve problems to ensure customer satisfaction and adherence to the organization’s policies. Coordinates problem resolution with appropriate departments. Informs customers of standard procedures or resolutions. Must be knowledgeable of the organization’s products, services, procedures, and practices. Responsible for order management from purchase order to shipment. Serves as the primary contact for independent distributors and COD branches. Supports Sales Managers by generating revenue through sales leads, prospect calls, and building relationships with customers. Responsible for meeting sales quotas and monitoring competitive activity within the territory.

Knowledge and Skills:
Experience: 3–6 years in customer service within the HVAC industry.
Education: High School diploma or GED.

Reports To: Manager, Customer Service/Order Services.
