Logistics Customer Service Representative 1

**Job Responsibilities:**

  • Respond to customer inquiries or complaints regarding products or services.
  • Determine the best method to resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction and policy adherence.
  • Coordinate problem resolution with relevant departments.
  • Manage orders from purchase to shipment, serving as the primary contact for distributors and branches.
  • Support sales by generating leads, initiating prospect calls, and maintaining customer relationships.
  • Meet sales quotas and monitor competitive activity within the territory.

**Key Duties:**

  • Order fulfillment, account creation, and maintenance.
  • Assist customers with product info, order status, and shipping details.
  • Educate customers on products to improve sales and satisfaction.
  • Process RMAs, transfer requests, and claims.
  • Resolve product or service issues and follow up with customers.
  • Maintain financial accounts and prepare reports based on customer data.

**Knowledge & Skills:**

  • HVAC product and market knowledge.
  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and data entry.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

**Experience & Education:**

  • 1-3 years of relevant experience.
  • High School diploma or GED.

**Additional Details:**

  • Physical requirements: Able to perform essential duties with or without accommodations.
  • Reports to: Manager, Customer Service/Order Services.
