The Logistics Customer Service Representative responds to customer inquiries or complaints regarding the organization’s products or services. They determine the best method to resolve problems to ensure customer satisfaction and adherence to the organization’s policies. The role involves coordinating problem resolution with appropriate departments, informing customers of standard procedures or resolutions, and being knowledgeable about the organization’s products, services, procedures, and practices. Responsibilities include order management from purchase to shipment, serving as the primary contact for independent distributors and COD branches, and supporting sales efforts through lead generation, prospecting, and maintaining customer relationships. The position also involves monitoring competitive activity and trends within the territory.
3–6 years of customer service experience within the HVAC industry.
High School diploma or GED equivalent.
Must perform essential responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodations.
