Summary:

The Customer Care Service Representative is responsible for providing effective customer service to internal and external clients by demonstrating extensive knowledge of company products and programs, and by communicating effectively with team members within the customer service department.

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with Customer Care, Inventory Control, and Operations teams to allocate workload efficiently. Tasks include data entry, monitoring communication channels, workspace organization, and filing.
2. Support order planning and processing from creation to delivery.
3. Review order shipping combinations, secure delivery appointments, and coordinate with carriers based on shipping schedules, allocation, and pricing.
4. Perform clerical duties such as photocopying, filing, and maintaining electronic and physical files.
5. Work independently to complete tasks within designated timelines.
6. Handle extensive communication with customers and internal teams.
7. Perform additional duties as assigned.
