Qualifications

• Experience handling customer inquiries related to shipments, inventory, invoicing, billing, and order status.
• Customer service, account management, or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries and process orders in a courteous, efficient manner.
• Input customer orders into the system and generate necessary paperwork.
• Ensure proper invoicing by verifying invoices in the system.
• Liaise between warehouse and customers regarding invoicing and collections.
• Maintain procedures and records for each account.
• Report customer feedback and trends to management.
• Answer calls and operate office equipment as needed.
• Create timely reports for management or customers.
• Maintain all order paperwork and customer files.
