  • Interest in building a long-term career in supply chain and logistics.
Work Environment

This role is 100% onsite in a fast-paced, team-oriented transportation and logistics operation that supports time-critical shipments and operates 24/7. The environment is similar to a dark call center where team members sit in cubicles and spend much of the day on the phone and computer managing shipments. Shifts are 8 hours, and team members typically eat at their desks while they work rather than taking a formal lunch break. Multiple shifts are available, including SundayThursday and TuesdaySaturday options such as 06:0014:00, 10:0018:00, 12:0020:00, 14:0022:00, and 22:0006:00. The operation offers a high-energy atmosphere with constant activity, tight deadlines, and significant collaboration across the team. Over time, there may be potential for hybrid flexibility, but the standard expectation for this role is fully onsite. The position offers a long-term career opportunity in supply chain, with a culture that emphasizes taking great care of employees once they transition to direct employment, and provides shift and weekend premiums for eligible hours worked.
