Qualifications

• Flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent carrier and driver experience in a high-volume contact center environment by researching, problem-solving, and setting appropriate expectations.
• Work within the transportation network to get trailers and trucks back on track when disruptions occur.
• Adhere to schedules in a fast-paced environment, including start/stop and breaks/lunches.
• Support workload surges and weather-related operations by working significant overtime during high-volume peaks.
• Use internal systems to gather data from multiple sources to support daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting.
• Provide support to field teams by creating repair requests, monitoring load execution, and ensuring on-time pickup and delivery metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, using analytical skills to drive data-driven decisions and effectively communicate insights.
• Provide support to drivers and carriers with over-the-road disruptions.

Job description

We are seeking highly skilled and motivated Transportation Specialists to join a rapidly growing team. The team is responsible for driving the end-to-end operational execution of all loads shipped on our 1P network. This involves supporting regions and shippers across the supply chain network and ensuring on-time pickup and delivery of freight. The role requires addressing disruptions, keeping all stakeholders informed, and ensuring timely resolution. The team serves as the first line of defense in understanding network trends, delays, and other exceptions that impact our ability to deliver a world-class transportation product.

Work Environment

This is a 4/10 schedule. Shifts are either Sunday to Wednesday or Wednesday to Saturday, from 6:30 am to 5 pm or 6 am to 4:30 pm. The role includes a mix of in-office days, with the front half of the week in the office on Monday and Tuesday, and the back half on Thursday and Friday

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.
