Responsibilities

• Providing front-line customer service to accounts.

• Scheduling with pick-up and delivery sites; Data entry in logistics software.
• Requesting quotes from and hiring third-party freight haulers.
• Organizing open orders and delivery appointments to ensure services.
• Solving problems in urgent situations and supporting improvement projects.
