CRST The Transportation Solution, Inc. in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to be the primary contact for customers and installers, handling inquiries, scheduling, and issue resolution within SLAs.

You will manage service orders, coordinate between teams, and provide timely updates while maintaining excellent communication. The role requires logistics customer service experience and reliable, proactive support.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in logistics customer service (transportation, distribution, or related).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in data entry and customer management systems.
• Flexible, reliable, and punctual for assigned shift.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from customers and provide timely information and support.
• Call customers to provide time windows for upcoming services and follow-up reminders.
• Process warm leads and quick, accurate product sales
• Record and escalate issues to CRST managers when needed
• Manage service orders and update systems with accurate information
• Track installer escalations and share updates with supervisors
• Perform daily tasks such as inventory scans and paperwork
• Resolve escalations within SLA timelines
• Coordinate between customers, CRST service teams, and internal departments
