Job summary

DSV - Global Transport and Logistics is seeking a Customer Service Agent for 1st shift to build rapport with clients by delivering exceptional service. Responsibilities include data entry of shipping/receiving information and accurate order processing to support site operations.

The CSR will work Mon-Fri 6am-3pm, handling invoicing, documentation and daily communication with customers, while ensuring service standards and quality across the organization.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Able to work in warehouse temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Process and input all customer orders.
• Run shipments from WMS.
• Generate and verify shipping documents and reports.
• Monitor orders for special requests and expedite as needed.
• Respond to inquiries and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with departments to meet service standards.
