Job summary

Responsibilities

• Process and input all customer orders with accuracy.
• Run and print shipments from WMS and generate related paperwork.
• Verify receiving/shipping documents and maintain records.
• Answer calls, greet visitors, and route inquiries appropriately.
• Maintain communication with customers and other departments to meet service standards.
