Job summary

DSV – Global Transport and Logistics is hiring a Customer Service Agent (CSR) for our Winchester, VA site. This full-time role runs 8am–4:30pm, Monday–Friday, handling orders, data entry, invoicing, and customer liaison activities to ensure accurate shipments and timely information.

The CSR supports warehouse operations, maintains records, and collaborates with drivers and departments to meet service standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year experience in Customer Service or inventory-related role.
• Ability to work in unregulated temperatures within the warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Process and input all customer orders.
• Run shipments from WMS and print related documents.
• Maintain stock reports to check product availability.
• Verify receiving/shipping documents and correspond with customers.
• Assist with invoicing accuracy and order credits where needed.
• Coordinate with other departments to meet service standards.
• Perform cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Greet customers and assist drivers at check-in window.
• Answer inquiries promptly and route messages appropriately.
