Job summary

DSV – Global Transport and Logistics is hiring a Customer Service Agent for 2nd shift in Northlake, Texas. The role focuses on building rapport with clients, accurate data entry for shipping and receiving, and timely order processing to support site operations.

You will run shipments from the WMS, verify inventories, and coordinate with other departments to meet service standards, invoicing accuracy, and customer satisfaction while maintaining safety and quality expectations.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• 1 year experience in Customer Service-related capacity.
• Must be able to work in unregulated warehouse temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Process and input all customer orders.
• Run stock reports to check for product availability.
• Ensure the accuracy of all receiving and shipping documents.
• Enter and verify data regarding customer orders, shipments, receipts, and inventories.
• Answer phone calls, greet customers, and route inquiries
