Qualifications

• 1 year experience in a customer service capacity.
• Must be able to work in unregulated temperatures within the warehouse during warmer and colder months.

Responsibilities

• Process and input all customer orders.
• Run shipments from WMS.
• Generate all related paperwork and necessary information required for customer work orders.
• Maintain accuracy of receiving and shipping documents.
• Answer phones, greet customers, and provide general office support.
• Assist drivers at check-in windows and support cross-functional tasks as needed.
