Job summary

NeurAxis, Inc. in Batesville, IN is seeking a hands-on Logistics and Customer Service Coordinator to manage shipping, receiving, order fulfillment and receivables in our distribution center.

This in-person role supports cross-functional activities with sales, marketing, finance and QA, ensuring accurate orders, timely distribution, invoicing and adherence to the Quality Management System.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of supervisory experience and strong Microsoft Office and Mac skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee customer acceptance, accurate order processing and fulfillment, returns and invoice approval.
• Provide direct support for day-to-day Customer Service and Logistics Coordinator responsibilities, including order processing and phone coverage.
• Ensure compliance with Quality Management System (QMS) and quality policy.
• Assist accounts receivable collection through reminders and follow-up calls if necessary.
• Manage inventory shipping and receiving, including periodic counts.
• Maintain operational and financial controls for accurate records.
• Ensure adherence to policies and SOPs.
• Handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines with accuracy.
• Collaborate with other departments and third parties on operational processes.
• Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company.
• Build alliances and partnerships with team members.
