Job summary

APM Terminals is seeking a Logistics Specialist to manage end-to-end supply chain operations for Maersk client accounts from a control-tower perspective. You will coordinate with internal teams, 3PLs and ocean carriers to ensure KPIs are met and processes are aligned with SOPs.

The role emphasizes strong communication, proactive issue resolution and leadership within a Global Service Centre context, reporting to the Program Manager and KCM as needed.

Qualifications

• Highschool Diploma or Equivalent required; BA/BS preferred.
• 3-5 years of SCM or similar industry experience.
• Solid SCM / Shipping operations background.

Responsibilities

• Understand the supply chain of Maersk Client account and the end-to-end program; execute per IOPs, SOPs and KPIs.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with the customer and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate with main 3PLs/2PLs and ocean carriers to drive continuous improvements.
