Job summary

Jillamy Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service/Inventory Associate to support current clients and secure new business.

You will manage daily customer interactions, coordinate scheduling, and ensure accurate inventory control while following SOPs and compliance requirements. Ideal candidates have 1+ year in warehouse or customer service, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in warehouse, contract packaging or customer service.
• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with assistance.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must read, interpret and comply with written information and documents.

Responsibilities

• Serve as customer service liaison with scheduling and truck confirmations.
• Handle load tendering, load entry, issue follow-ups and resolution.
• Outreach to customers to drive additional business.
• Provide timely, professional verbal and written communications.
