Job summary

Jillamy Inc. in Croydon, PA, is seeking a Customer Service/Operations Support professional to handle day-to-day customer service and support, ensuring responsive service to current clients and helping secure new business.

You will manage daily customer interactions, inventory, and rate accuracy while upholding SOPs and compliance. Responsibilities include coordinating truck scheduling, load entry, and BOL creation, maintaining data integrity, and providing timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year warehouse, contract packaging or customer service experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail including accurate data and numbers.
• Ability to organize/prioritize work to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Serve as customer service liaison with scheduling and confirming trucks, load tendering, load entry, issue follow-up and resolution.
• Outreach to customers and potential customers to drive additional business.
• Provide timely, professional written and verbal correspondence with customers and leadership.
• Ensure accurate inventory management and data reporting.
• Prepare and manage Pick Tickets and Bills of Lading (BOL) and associated documents.
• Pull inventory from 3PL and maintain up-to-date files and SOP adherence.
