Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 2+ years in customer service or office admin
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficiency with MS Office; ERP experience a plus
• Knowledge of delivery/installation services is a plus
• Able to adapt in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with accurate information on orders, delivery status, and product details.
• Handle calls and emails promptly; address questions, concerns, and requests.
• Follow up to ensure satisfaction with delivery and installation services.
• Resolve issues and escalate unresolved matters to a supervisor when needed.
• Track delivery schedules and provide real-time updates to customers.
• Maintain knowledge of Temco Logistics products and services.
• Monitor office supply inventory and place orders as needed.
• Prepare timely reports, presentations, and proposals as assigned.
• Collaborate with other departments to maintain seamless operations and service.
