Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in customer service or office tasks.

• Proficiency in MS Office; ERP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with accurate information regarding orders, delivery status, and product details.
• Answer phone calls and respond to emails promptly.
• Ensure customers are satisfied with delivery and installation services through follow-up.
• Resolve customer issues and escalate when needed.
• Monitor delivery schedules to provide real-time updates.
• Maintain knowledge of Temco Logistics’ products and services.
• Track office supply inventory and place orders.
• Prepare and submit reports, presentations, and proposals.
• Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to maintain seamless operations.
