Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years in customer service or office tasks.

• Excellent organization and multi-tasking abilities.
• Proficiency with MS Office; ERP experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Temco Logistics’ services is a plus.
• Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with accurate information regarding orders, delivery status, and product details.
• Answer phone calls and respond to emails promptly, addressing questions, concerns, and requests.
• Ensure customers are satisfied with delivery and installation services through follow-up communications.
• Resolve customer issues efficiently and escalate unresolved matters to the appropriate supervisor.
• Monitor and track delivery schedules to provide real-time updates.
• Maintain expert knowledge of Temco Logistics’ products and services.
• Track office supply inventory and place orders as needed.
• Prepare and submit timely reports, presentations, and proposals as assigned.
• Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to maintain seamless operations.
