Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking a Customer Service Rep in Springfield, MO. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service and timely communication with clients and drivers to ensure high service levels.

The ideal candidate has dispatch or TMS experience, basic warehouse tech familiarity, and strong MS Office skills. This position supports order processing, issue resolution, and data maintenance in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Qualifications

Minimum of 0-12 months experience in system, data entry or reporting
0-12 months of warehouse experience preferred

Responsibilities

Maintain high levels of customer service and timely oral and written communication with client representatives as well as trucking and transportation company representatives to achieve and maintain high service levels.
Process orders and prepare correspondence to fulfill customer needs and provide product, service, and transit information.
Act as a liaison to facilitate issue resolution and research any issues that occur.
Maintain customer records and update account information.
Assist with order and product management and prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
Perform other duties as assigned.
