Job summary

The ideal candidate has experience with Dispatch or TMS, strong MS Office skills (Excel, Outlook, Word), and familiarity with warehouse management systems such as JDA or SAP. Excellent communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with Dispatch or TMS to schedule Truckloads/LTL shipments.
• Strong oral and written communication with carriers and clients.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Experience with WMS tools (JDA, Blue Yonder, Red Prairie, SAP).

Responsibilities

• Maintain high levels of customer service and timely communication with client representatives and trucking/transportation companies.
• Process orders and prepare correspondence to fulfill customer needs.
• Act as liaison to facilitate issue resolution and provide transit information.
• Maintain customer records and update account information.
