Job summary

Penske Logistics is seeking Transportation Customer Service Coordinators to join a dynamic team. You will monitor route status, manage call center communications, and relay information using Penske Systems for customers nationwide.

The role requires a 3rd shift and a willingness to work weekends; benefits include competitive pay and a range of insurances. Training occurs at Reading, PA with potential future remote work after completion.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience is required.
• A High School diploma or equivalent is required; higher degrees preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first line of contact for routine customer reporting and provide status updates.
• Communicate effectively with customers and drivers via verbal and written methods.
• Handle inbound calls and emails in a timely manner.
• Monitor routes for exceptions and provide feedback to customers.
• Escalate non-routine inquiries to resolve issues.
