Penske Logistics is seeking Transportation Customer Service Coordinators to join a dynamic team. You will monitor route status, manage call center communications, and relay information using Penske Systems for customers nationwide.

In this role, Transportation Customer Service Coordinators will monitor route status, manage inbound and outbound call center communications, and provide required information using Penske Systems.

Base Pay: $20.00 per hour (3rd Shift: $1.00 per hour Shift Differential)
This position supports a 24/7 operation and flexibility to work weekends and holidays are required. You will have two days off per week (one weekday and one weekend).
Sunday - Thursday 3rd Shift: 10pm-6:30am
This position will initially be located at our corporate campus, which is 7 miles south of the city of Reading located at 2675 Morgantown Road, Reading, PA 19607, training will be conducted the first 4-6 weeks once hired on 1st shift Monday - Friday 9am - 3pm. with potential opportunity for remote work once completed.
-Previous customer service experience is required.
-High School diploma or equivalent required, Associate's/Bachelor's is preferred.
-Bilingual skills (Spanish) a plus.
-Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job.
-Willingness to travel as necessary, work the required schedule, work at the specific location required, complete Penske employment application, submit to a background investigation (to include past employment, education, and criminal history) and drug screening are required.
