Total Quality Logistics in Cincinnati, Ohio is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to support our sales teams and coordinate shipment execution. You will negotiate rates with transportation partners, manage high call volumes, and maintain strong supplier relationships.

The role requires weekend availability, a customer-service mindset, and strong organization. A bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required, with base salary of about $40k and comprehensive benefits in an open, fast-paced office.

• Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls to support daily shipment execution.
• Communicate with internal sales teams and transportation partners to build and maintain relationships.
• Manage daily shipment activities and resolve issues to ensure timely pickup and delivery.
• Input and process accurate shipment data in our systems.

About the role:

As a Logistics Coordinator for TQL, you will receive extensive training to become a subject matter expert in the world of logistics and supply chain. After completing training, you will be responsible for working with our transportation partners to find and coordinate available assets to ship and move our customers’ freight. You will become the go-to-support to help our sales teams manage their accounts and directly grow the company.
