Job summary

Miraclon seeks a Logistics Coordinator for the US and Canada region to manage day-to-day logistics with 3PL warehouses, shipping, receiving, and inventory activities. The role reports to the Regional Supply Chain Manager and collaborates with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure compliant, cost-efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, business administration, international trade, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in logistics, transportation, warehousing, import/export coordination, customer service operations, or a related function.
• Experience with carriers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, 3PLs, or warehouse partners preferred.
• Working knowledge of import/export documentation, shipment tracking, freight processes, inventory transactions, and logistics issue resolution.
• Experience with ERP, warehouse management, transportation management, or similar systems; Infor M3 is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Power BI experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day logistics flow activities for US and Canada region.
• Manage import/export documentation and shipment arrangements for timely movement of goods.
• Ensure on-time deliveries by coordinating with 3PLs, customer care, and carriers.
• Support freight cost control and identify cost reduction opportunities.
• Track logistics performance metrics and lead KPI reviews with providers.
• Investigate inventory accuracy issues and maintain stock records.
• Manage a small on-site spare parts warehouse and related activities.
