Job summary

Versique Executive, Professional & Interim Recruiting seeks a Supply Chain Coordinator to manage day-to-day logistics, shipments, and inventory in a fast-moving environment. You will coordinate domestic and international shipments, work with carriers and 3PLs, and ensure timely deliveries while maintaining accurate documentation.

The role requires 2–4+ years in logistics, familiarity with ERP/WMS/TMS, and strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, International Trade, or a related field preferred.
  • 2-4+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, warehousing, shipping/receiving, import/export, customer operations, or a related supply chain function.
  • Experience working with carriers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, third-party logistics providers, or warehouse partners.
  • Working knowledge of shipping processes, shipment tracking, inventory transactions, and logistics issue resolution.
  • Exposure to import/export processes and documentation.
  • Experience working within an ERP, warehouse management, transportation management, or similar business system.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Excel.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on details.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively across internal teams and external partners.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive, action-oriented approach.
  • Ability to work onsite in Oakdale, MN five days per week.
  • Ability to travel periodically within the U.S. and Canada, up to approximately 5%.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate day-to-day logistics activities supporting shipments, deliveries, receiving, warehousing, and inventory.
  • Work closely with third-party warehouse partners, carriers, freight providers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate movement of products.
  • Coordinate domestic and international shipments, including shipment arrangements, tracking, and required import/export documentation.
  • Monitor deliveries and proactively address transportation, warehouse, or carrier-related issues that could impact service.
  • Communicate shipment status, delays, risks, and resolution plans to appropriate internal stakeholders.
  • Monitor transportation and freight activity, review freight-related costs and invoices, and assist with identifying opportunities to improve service and control costs.
  • Track logistics performance and support ongoing reviews with carriers, warehouse partners, and third-party logistics providers.
  • Research inventory discrepancies, coordinate necessary adjustments, and maintain supporting documentation to ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Support inventory control and shipping activities for a small on-site parts inventory, including picking, packing, and coordinating domestic and international shipments.
  • Maintain accurate shipping, transportation, inventory, and logistics information within internal systems.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with external logistics partners and cross-functional internal teams.
  • Proactively identify logistics issues, follow through on open items, and escalating concerns when appropriate.
  • Support additional supply chain and logistics projects and activities as needed.

Job description

The Supply Chain Coordinator plays an important role in supporting the day-to-day movement of products and materials. This position coordinates transportation, warehousing, shipping, receiving, and inventory activities while working closely with internal teams and external logistics partners to ensure timely and accurate deliveries. Salary Range: $60,000-$70,000 DOE
