Integrity Express Logistics is seeking a highly organized Logistics Coordinator to provide daily support to a Logistics Account Executive. The LC reports to the Sales Support Manager and works in a fast-paced environment to deliver excellent customer service.

The role involves maintaining daily account operations, coordinating communications, dispatching trucks, qualifying carriers, negotiating rates, and ensuring timely pickup and delivery while keeping customers informed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong customer service, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and keyboarding.
• Administrative or logistics brokerage experience is a plus, but not required.
• Proficient in maintaining technical knowledge necessary to perform the job.

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily account operations and ensure smooth workflow.
• Manage phone and email communications, appointment scheduling, and load building.
• Dispatch trucks to pickup locations and conduct check calls to confirm timely pickup and delivery.
• Qualify carriers that best match customer shipments and negotiate rates.
• Provide strong, continuous communication with customers and carriers.
• Handle ad-hoc duties as required.
