Integrity Express Logistics, a family-owned logistics company with 30+ years of experience, seeks a Logistics Coordinator to support an Account Executive. The role focuses on load building, appointment setting, and ensuring daily account smoothness.

You will manage communications with customers and carriers, dispatch trucks, and participate in rate negotiations while delivering high-level customer service.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Proficiency in keyboarding and MS Office products.
• Administrative experience and/or logistics brokerage experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Phone and email communication, appointment setting, check calls and load building.
• Assist in maintaining strong relationships with customers and carriers through consistent communication and customer service.
• Dispatch trucks to their pickup location.
• Conduct daily check calls to ensure timely pickup and delivery.
• Qualify carriers that are the best match for customers’ shipments; negotiate rates with carriers.
