Integrity Express Logistics in Kentucky is seeking a organized Logistics Coordinator to provide daily support to a Logistics Account Executive. You will handle phone and email communication, appointment setting, check calls and load building to keep shipments moving.

You will dispatch trucks, qualify carriers, negotiate rates, and maintain strong relationships with customers and carriers while delivering award-winning service.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in keyboarding and Microsoft Office.
• Administrative experience and/or logistics brokerage experience are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily support to a Logistics Account Executive.
• Phone and email communication, appointment setting, check calls and load building.
• Dispatch trucks to their pickup location and ensure timely pickup/delivery.
• Qualify carriers and negotiate rates with prospective carriers.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and carriers through communication.
• Ad hoc duties.
