Job summary

ACERTUS seeks a Logistics Coordinator to monitor non-active shipments, manage operational exceptions, and maintain timely communication with assigned carriers. The role supports load execution by proactively resolving issues, tracking shipment milestones, and ensuring accurate status information for a reliable customer experience.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm. Pay range: $20-$21/hr based on experience; a $500 sign-on bonus is available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associates degree in business a plus.
• Some experience in order entry or administrative role preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review and resolve issues escalated from second shift to ensure continuity of operations.
• Ensure rate agreements are executed, signed, and audited for accuracy.
• Monitor dispatched and IR loads and address unassigned or inactive orders.
• Update same-day shipment statuses for timely tracking.
• Track multi-day shipments and resolve pickup/delivery issues to minimize delays.
• Follow up on delivered loads for missing BOL documentation.
