Job summary

PSA BDP is seeking an Export Coordinator to coordinate export trafficking, document distribution, and data entry for customer shipments. The role supports ocean and air export functions and ensures compliance with US Customs requirements.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of export experience, solid customer service background, and strong MS Office skills. A college degree is preferred, with a fast-paced environment and teamwork emphasized.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years experience handling ocean or air export functions.
• 1–3 years experience in a customer service environment.
• College degree preferred but not required.
• Able to work in a fast-paced office and communicate clearly.
• Strong teamwork and leadership skills desired.
• PC literacy with MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate export trafficking functions, data entry, and document distribution for customer export shipments through BDP.
• Process documents to meet US Customs requirements and coordinate cargo pickup/delivery; finalize billing and distribute documents.
• Review daily shipments status, monitor measurements, and report non-conformances.
• Prepare export declarations and Bills of Lading for Ocean Exports.
• Coordinate outbound movement of international freight shipments.
• Establish rates/services with third-party carriers; interpret Letters of Credit is a plus.
