Job summary

Lineage in Pasadena, CA is seeking a detail-oriented logistics clerk to manage inbound and outbound shipments, plan driver assignments, and ensure accurate receiving records in our warehouse management system.

You will serve as the first point of contact for delivery drivers, coordinate with warehouse teams, log cash received from carriers, and help ensure timely, accurate shipping documentation. Prioritize safety and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Basic math skills may be required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with internal and external customers; English may be required.
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work in temperatures as low as -20 Fahrenheit/-25 Celsius in cold storage sites or up to 100 Fahrenheit/37 Celsius in dry storage sites while wearing PPE.
May be required to lift a minimum of 20 lbs./9 kgs.
Ability to work a flexible work schedule and shift, including weekends if needed.
Must be comfortable with various noise levels.

Responsibilities

Serve as first point of contact for delivery drivers.
Coordinate with warehouse and transportation to ensure shipping/receiving documents are completed accurately and timely.
Verify and count products to confirm data accuracy in system.
Notify carriers and key team members of pending, no shows and/or unscheduled arrivals.
Engage with drivers and reschedule appointments if necessary.
Enter data into the warehouse management system (WMS) scheduler.
