Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of transportation experience preferred.
• Experience with LTL and TL transportation preferred.
• Familiarity with warehousing and warehouse operations related to transportation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage carrier performance by tracing shipments and recording data.
• File carrier claims, collect funds, and resolve delivery issues.
• Collaborate with dispatchers to resolve marketplace delivery issues.
• Provide timely solutions to Sales and Procurement teams for delivery and billing challenges.
• Research, record, and maintain carrier and customer files and statistics.
• Maintain accurate and organized transportation records and support special projects.
