Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent with 3 years in logistics or supply chain.
• Alternative: High School diploma with 3 years of logistics experience.
• Hands-on logistics, transportation, or supply chain operations experience.
• Experience with retail chargebacks and freight claims.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily outbound and inbound shipments with carriers.
• Communicate with carriers, warehouses, and internal teams to ensure on-time pickups and deliveries.
• Track shipments and resolve delays or issues proactively.
• Prepare shipping documents like BOLs, PODs, and invoices.
• Manage chargebacks analytics and root-cause analysis.
• Process and track freight claims and ensure compliance with timelines.
