Job summary

ASUS Computer International in Fremont, California is seeking an Inventory Coordinator to maintain accurate inventory records, align ERP/WMS data with 3PL reports, and support overall inventory control operations.

You will cross-check data, coordinate cycle counts with 3PL partners, investigate variances, and track damaged or missing inventory while ensuring proper disposition and timely reconciliations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in logistics environment and project management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP/WMS systems preferred.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control and cycle count processes.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP/WMS systems by updating daily transactions (receiving, shipping, adjustments).
• Cross-check inventory data between internal systems and 3PL reports.
• Coordinate and monitor cycle counts conducted by 3PL partners and provide clear SKU scope, locations, and timing.
• Investigate inventory variances by reviewing transaction history and work with warehouse/3PL teams to identify root causes.
• Track damaged, missing, or defective inventory and coordinate disposition (hold, return, disposal, or claims).
• Communicate with 3PL partners regarding discrepancies, adjustments, and status updates; follow up on open issues.
