The role requires 1–3 years in logistics or related fields, a HS diploma or GED, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in logistics, freight operations, supply chain, or warehouse administration.
• High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, or logistics preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound freight movements across regional and national channels.
• Liaise with carriers, suppliers, and third-party logistics providers.
• Monitor shipments in real time, troubleshoot transit bottlenecks, and communicate delays to teams and clients.
• Prepare bills of lading, shipping labels, customs or safety paperwork, and update logistics spreadsheets.
• Reconcile incoming and outgoing stock, assist with audits, and resolve discrepancies.
