Job summary

Qualifications

• Two to five years of experience in a logistics role.
• Familiar with FDA Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and OSHA safety requirements.
• Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).

Responsibilities

• Review transportation requirements and ensure on-time delivery.
• Manage third-party carrier relationships and control transportation costs.
• Schedule inbound shipments and coordinate with suppliers to meet production schedules.
• Coordinate customs documentation and dock appointments.
• Review invoices and ensure correct costing data flows to Finance.
• Update past-due items in SAP with buyers/planners for production planning.
• Assemble and track all freight claims from start to settlement.
